Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, laser printers, inkjet printers, barcode printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment. The technician will also provide onsite customer support, warranty services, preventive maintenance, and basic network troubleshooting. Modern field support roles commonly include desktop/laptop support, Windows, printer support, and customer-facing service delivery.

Laptop & Desktop Support

- Diagnose and repair laptops and desktops
- Replace LCD screens
- Replace keyboards and touchpads
- Upgrade RAM and SSD/HDD
- Motherboard troubleshooting
- Battery replacement




- Fan cleaning and thermal paste replacement
- BIOS configuration and firmware updates
- Windows installation and recovery
- Microsoft Office installation
- Driver installation
- Virus and malware removal
- Data backup and migration

Printer Support

Support the following brands:

- HP
- Canon
- Epson
- Brother
- Kyocera
- Ricoh
- Zebra (Label Printer)
