Key Responsibilities:

- UHT Operation – Operate and monitor the UHT (Ultra High Temperature) sterilization system, maintaining correct time-temperature parameters to ensure commercial sterility of the product.
- Tetra Pack Filling – Operate Tetra Pack filling machines, ensuring correct pack formation, aseptic sealing, H2O2 sterilization of packaging material, and accurate batch/date coding.
- Homogenizer Operation – Operate and monitor the homogenizer, maintaining correct pressure settings for proper fat globule size reduction as per product SOP.
- Pasteurizer Operation – Operate and monitor the pasteurizer, ensuring correct pasteurization temperature and holding time in line with food safety and HACCP requirements.
- Dryer Operation – Operate and monitor the dryer (spray/rotary), maintaining correct inlet/outlet temperatures and airflow to achieve target moisture content and powder/product quality.
- CIP & SIP – Carry out routine Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) cycles on all above equipment as per the defined cleaning and sanitation schedule.




- Process Monitoring & Recording – Continuously monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate) via SCADA/logsheets and immediately report any deviation from set standards.
- Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with the Maintenance/Engineering team for breakdown repairs and scheduled servicing.
- Quality & Food Safety Compliance – Ensure all operations comply with GMP, hygiene, FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO food safety standards, including proper use of PPE and sanitation practices.
- Documentation & Traceability – Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, quality-check data, and batch documentation to ensure full product traceability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
