Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on student enquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions by understanding students' requirements and providing suitable course guidance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Resolve student queries and provide accurate information about programs.
- Maintain records of student interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes.
- Build long-term relationships with students through skilled communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
