Required CMM Programmer, Prefer Mitutoyo Multiaxis MCOS Software first.

Key Responsibilities:

- Programming CMMs:Developing and modifying inspection programs using specialized software like PCDMIS, Calypso, or others.
- Performing Inspections:Utilizing the programmed CMMs to measure parts and components, ensuring they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
- Interpreting Drawings and Blueprints:Understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to accurately interpret measurements and tolerances.
- Analyzing Measurement Data:Evaluating measurement results, identifying deviations, and documenting findings.
- Troubleshooting:Identifying and resolving issues with CMM programming or equipment.
- Collaboration:Working with engineers, quality control personnel, and other team members to ensure product quality and address any issues.
- Maintaining Equipment:Ensuring the CMM is properly maintained and calibrated, and that the work area is clean and organized.
- Documentation:Creating and maintaining accurate documentation of inspection results,



non-conformances, and other relevant information.
- Following Quality Standards:Ensuring all work is performed according to established quality standards and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMM programming software, GD&T;, and measurement techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze measurement data, identify trends, and troubleshoot problems.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members and other stakeholders.
