About the Role
Funriders Leisure & Amusement Pvt. Ltd., one of India's leading outdoor playground equipment manufacturers, is looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate and convert leads remotely, support the field sales team, and manage the sales pipeline from the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable outdoor playground solutions over calls.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the field Business Development team
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product catalogues to prospects
- Follow up consistently on enquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain and update lead/customer data accurately in the CRM
- Support marketing campaigns, email outreach, and follow-up for exhibitions/trade shows

Qualifications

- Any degree; Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English,



Hindi, and Malayalam
- Strong telephone etiquette, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software preferred
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with high call/email volumes and follow-up-heavy work

Preferred Industry Background
Manufacturing, Construction, Education, Commercial Interiors, or B2B Sales
