Global Sales & Operations Manager

ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a highly driven Global Sales & Operations Manager to spearhead our B2B and export sales. This is a agile, cross-functional role that pairs a strategic mindset for client acquisition with a hands-on approach to supply chain coordination — from our manufacturing floor through to international delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Business Development & Pitching: Use data and market research to identify global consumption patterns, pinpoint new international B2B clients and distributors, pitch product lines, negotiate terms, and close deals.

— Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintain consistent follow-ups, manage inquiries, and ensure timely payment collections.

— Factory Liaison: Coordinate directly with our in-house manufacturing facility to track production schedules, manage stock levels, and quote accurate lead times to clients.

— Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination:



Work closely with raw-material vendors to track delivery timelines and keep production continuous and uninterrupted.

— Export & Logistics Management: Negotiate shipping rates, liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents, and track international shipments for on-time, compliant global delivery.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

— A strong background in B2B sales, export management, or global account management within the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.

— Excellent negotiation, data-analysis, and communication skills.

— Comfortable working across time zones and managing complex logistics.

— Proven ability to bridge factory-floor realities with client expectations.

NICE TO HAVE

— Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, and letters of credit.

— Experience selling natural, herbal, or personal-care products into international markets.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
