Key Skills:

- Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and documentation
- Expertise in quality assurance processes and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle helpdesk support
- Experience with UAT processes and user feedback collection
- Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in a Customer Success, Business Analysis, or QA role
