Company Overview Truckrr is a technology startup transforming India’s transport ecosystem by building a trusted network of truck owners and drivers through digital platforms. Truckrr HERO focuses on building and managing a nationwide driver network. Role Purpose

To build, scale, and manage Truckrr’s driver ecosystem across India by driving acquisition, activation, training, placement, and retention of drivers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale driver network across India (Tier 1, 2, 3 cities)
- Develop driver sourcing channels – agents, referrals, partnerships
- Drive driver placement with truck owners
- Build and execute Driver Management as a Service
- Partner with driving schools and government programs
- Launch driver training and skilling initiatives




- Develop driver engagement, incentive, and retention programs
- Provide product feedback to improve HERO platform

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience in logistics, mobility, or blue-collar workforce platforms
- Robust operations and field execution experience
- Ability to scale across multiple cities
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Willingness to travel

Location Chennai (PAN India role)

Compensation Fixed salary + performance incentives + ESOP (optional)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
