Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure efficient business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and employees.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational costs.
- Identify business opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze business performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Improve operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve operational challenges and make strategic decisions to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance,



or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge in the related field like paint industry are more preffered.

- Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and achieving organizational goals.

Salary

- ₹55,000– ₹75,000 per month, depending on experience, industry, company size, and location.
- Extra benefits may include performance bonuses, health insurance, paid leave, provident fund, and other company-sponsored benefits.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
