## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **AI QA Automation Engineer** with strong expertise in **Playwright Automation Testing** and **Generative AI evaluation testing**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using **Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)**, evaluating AI-generated content, and leveraging AI-powered testing tools to improve software quality and test coverage.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using **Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript)**.

* Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for web applications.

* Evaluate AI-generated content for **accuracy, clarity, inclusivity, bias, and hallucination detection**.

* Design and maintain reusable evaluation test cases for **Generative AI** features.

* Utilize AI productivity tools such as **Cursor, AI Copilots, and Playwright MCP Servers** to accelerate test creation and execution.

* Validate AI evaluation pipelines using metrics such as **semantic similarity, bias/toxicity detection, and hallucination checks**.

* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI/ML teams to ensure high-quality AI-powered applications.

* Advocate for **privacy, security, transparency, and ethical AI** practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

## Qualifications

* Minimum **1–2 years** of hands-on experience in Generative AI Evaluation Testing.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
