Position: Supervisor- Domestics sales
Exp: 1+ yrs
Qualification: Diploma Chemical/ BE Chemical
Location: Dombivli (Visit at site location as per requirement)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product trials at customer sites and provide application support.
- Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Resolve customer technical queries, complaints, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate with the R&D;, Production, and Quality teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Prepare trial reports and document customer feedback.
- Support the Sales team during product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and follow up on corrective actions
- Experience in technical service, application support, customer support, or production in the chemical manufacturing industry.
