Job Role

We are looking for General Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, building, and managing the marketing team for real estate projects. Your role includes recruitment coordination with HR, daily supervision of marketing activities, performance monitoring, and regular reporting to HR and management.

Job Responsibilities

- Recruit, build, and manage a Marketing team of 4 executives, strictly subject to HR approval and finalization.
- Coordinate with HR during the entire recruitment process, including candidate shortlisting, interviews, and final selection.
- Assign daily marketing tasks and targets to team members and ensure proper execution.
- Monitor and follow up on daily work performance, including site visits, lead generation, client follow-ups, and promotional activities.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and motivation within the team.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies and project goals.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to HR, covering:
- Individual team performance




- Leads generated and conversions
- Field activity updates
- Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and HR/management.
- Ensure timely reporting, attendance tracking, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L; responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, legal requirements, and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Real estate sales: 5 years (Preferred)
