- Technical knowledge of Analog and IP Surveillance – Technology & Product both.
- Partner Development and geographical coverage
- Can Plan Strategies and do Mapping of Partners
- Able to Achieve the Target
- Manage Profitability
- Should be able to do Vendor Interaction
- Should be able to move on field and ready to Travel to generate Sales and support in CCTV Surveillance.
- Knowledge of Market Intelligence and Competition
- Should be dynamic and proactive in Sales approach.
