About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Data Coordinator to support our educational supply operations. This role combines data management, order processing, quality checking, and coordination with our warehouse and design teams. Responsibilities are planned around the academic calendar, ensuring a balanced and well-structured workload throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

* Process school applications and book orders using Microsoft Excel and Tally.

* Verify customer information and issue NOCs accurately.

* Prepare packing slips for warehouse dispatch using Excel reports, Pivot Tables, and XLOOKUP.

* Coordinate with the store team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

* Draft question papers using AI tools (training and guidance will be provided).

* Coordinate with the DTP designer for question paper formatting and layout.

* Perform quality checks on school data, documents, and order details to ensure complete accuracy.





* Maintain organized records and support day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Data Processing, or a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP.

* Basic working knowledge of Tally.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.
