Supervise the construction activities on site as per the requirements of the technical specification and drawings.
- Actively Participate in Tool Box Talk.
- Prepare daily program in advance in co-ordination with the supervisor and request for the necessary resources for carrying out the same.
- Resolve Non Conformance Report.
- Preparing checklist, pour cards and other records as per the companies QMS system.
- Prepare Bar Bending schedule
- Execution of Pile Foundation
- Casting of Pier and Pier Caps, cantilever Pier caps, Portal Beams etc
- Project work scheduling and monitoring the project deadlines.
- Follow up Clients from time to time for all the input requirement
- The candidate should able to co-ordinate with client engineers and supervisors for various approvals on daily basis for smooth functioning of the targeted work.
- The candidate should also be able to co-ordinate with labors and supervisors to get the required output .
- Also, needs to co-ordinate with all other internal stakeholders for the desired progress as targeted by project management.
