Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead - Android/Hybrid Developer to join our team at Augurs Technologies. This role is designed for a seasoned developer with a strong background in hybrid mobile development who is ready to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile application development and a proven track record of building consumer-facing mobile applications. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the development, architecture, and deployment of hybrid mobile applications while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Hybrid Mobile Technologies: Strong expertise in hybrid mobile development using technologies like React Native, Ionic, or Flutter.
- Redux Lifecycle: In-depth knowledge of Redux lifecycle, SAGA, store, and middleware.
- JavaScript Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with JQuery and custom JavaScript/jQuery plugins.
- Web Standards Expertise: Solid understanding of web standards such as CSS-3, XHTML, XSS, and CSRF.
- Client-Side JavaScript: Deep understanding of client-side JavaScript concepts including namespace, scope, objects, closure, JSON, and XML.
- Node.js Experience: Experience with Node.js is a robust advantage.
- Logical Reasoning: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Leadership:



Proven experience in leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and managing projects.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Development: Lead the development and deployment of hybrid mobile applications using technologies such as React Native, Ionic, and Flutter.
- Architectural Oversight: Oversee and contribute to the architecture of applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and secure.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the development team, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to foster their growth.
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks, and proactively incorporate them into the development process where appropriate.
- Project Management: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, while managing project timelines and resources.
