JOB DESCRIPTION - For Forging Unit - Catering Products PAN India / Globally.

1. Execute Production Operations: Manage Direct daily forging shop floor activities , including production and execute dispatches timely.

2. Ensure Quality Tests: Oversee QC is carried out for forged parts to meet exact dimensional and structural specifications.

3. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee preventive/breakdown maintenance for machines & equipments (e.g., forging presses, ring rollers, trimming machines,etc)

4. Maintain Safety Compliance.

5. Team Leadership: Manage shop floor supervisors, technicians, laborers , Contractors.

6. Supply Chain: Coordinate with raw material suppliers for timely delivery of steel billets , bars, etc.

7. Stock Maintenance & ensuring PR are timely provided for required tools & tackles.

8. Reporting/Updating Status of materials / jobs / shop floor activities to Clients / Seniors on daily basis.

9. Computer Savvy for Excel report generation / mailing , etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
