We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and recruitment activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms is preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
