Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to bridge business requirements and technology teams while driving product development from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- MBA (Mandatory)
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Ability to create product documentation, user stories, and functional requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and product requirements.
- Create product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product release activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Monitor product performance, collect customer feedback, and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features aligned with business objectives.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exposure to SaaS, cloud technologies, or digital products is an advantage.
Candidate Profile
- MBA graduate with a strong interest in technology and product development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
