*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime and shipping sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, managers, operators, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead business development initiatives and expand the company's client portfolio.
- Manage and mentor the Sales & Marketing team.
- Drive brand visibility and marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor market trends,
competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the maritime industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
*Desired Candidate Profile*
- Any Graduate. MBA or additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably in shipping, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network within the maritime industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
