We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities:

- Procurement & Vendor Management: Source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships

- Inventory & Warehouse: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse for inbound/outbound, and prevent stockouts

- Order Processing: Raise POs, track deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment

- Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, liaise with 3PL/courier partners, and handle shipment tracking

- Demand Planning: Forecast demand with sales team and plan procurement accordingly

- Cost & Compliance: Control logistics costs, ensure documentation like invoices, GST, e-way bills are proper

- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on inventory, dispatch, and supply chain KPIs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Perks:

Work Location: In person
