1 Generate current business through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital platforms.
2 Identify customer requirements and provide suitable EOT Crane solutions.
3 Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
4 Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documents.
5 Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
6 Coordinate with design, production, estimation, and project teams for technical support.
7 Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
8 Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
9 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
10 Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and CRM updates.




11 Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.
12 Support installation and after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
