Job Title: Counsellor/Life Coach

Location: Presidium Schools (GGN 5 & GGN 9A)

Job Type: Full-time

Minimum Qualifications:

● Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or School Counseling from a recognized institution.

● Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in schools

● Preference given to candidates with expertise or training in imparting and designing life skills for students of different grades.

Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing academic, personal, and social issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Design and implement programs to enhance students' life skills, fostering personal development and resilience.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.
- Organize workshops and training sessions for students, teachers, and parents on various aspects of emotional well-being and life skills.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records,



ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated on the latest counseling techniques, educational trends, and research to continuously improve services.
- Act as a resource for the school community, providing guidance on mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
- Work closely with the school leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive counseling program.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of various counseling techniques and interventions.
- Understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Familiarity with the K-12 educational system and its challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
