Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for manufacturing and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing blue-collar, white-collar, and technical talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interview feedback.
- Negotiate salary and manage the offer rollout process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical manufacturing positions.
- Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.




- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
