We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Field Operations Lead to manage large-scale tablet deployments across schools.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front and ensure execution — not just manage from the desk

You will be responsible for leading on-ground teams, ensuring smooth implementation in schools, training field staff, and maintaining high-quality execution standards across multiple states.

This role requires strong leadership, operational thinking, and the ability to handle real-time challenges in a fast-paced environment.

1. Lead On-Ground Deployment Operations

- Manage and supervise Field Teams responsible for tablet implementation in schools
- Ensure timely and efficient deployment across assigned regions
- Monitor daily progress and ensure targets are met

2. Create & Maintain Playbooks (SOPs)

- Design step-by-step deployment checklists and training processes
- Standardize implementation across all schools
- Continuously improve processes based on field feedback

3. Team Training & Management

- Train Support Executives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

4. Quality Control & School Experience

- Ensure each school receives proper training & Implementation




- Maintain high satisfaction levels across schools

5. Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling

- Act as the first point of escalation for field-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech / Support / Sales) to resolve problems quickly

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track key metrics such as Completion Timelines, Issue rates
- Share regular updates with leadership

Key Skills Required

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability
- Ability to create and implement structured processes (SOPs)
- Comfortable with travel and field operations

Ideal Candidate

- 2–6 years of experience in operations / field management / project execution
- Experience in managing on-ground teams is preferred
- Exposure to EdTech / hardware deployments is a plus
- Highly organized and execution-focused

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
