Restaurant Manager (Pure Veg) Location: Thane, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations for our pure vegetarian restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the hospitality sector, a passion for guest satisfaction, and hands-on experience in managing pure vegetarian dining establishments. Key Responsibilities * Operations Management: Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service standards. * Guest Relations: Greet guests, handle feedback proactively, and ensure a welcoming, family-friendly dining atmosphere. * Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high performance and teamwork. * Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance specific to pure vegetarian food preparation and handling. * Inventory & Cost Control:



Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, minimize wastage, and oversee ordering of raw materials and supplies. * Sales & Events: Assist in planning promotional activities, special menu rollouts, and managing private bookings or catering orders. Requirements * Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a pure vegetarian restaurant or fine-dining setup. * Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. * Knowledge: Thorough understanding of restaurant POS systems, F&B; cost control, and inventory management. * Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
