Job Responsibilities – Office Assistant cum Driver

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely drive the company vehicle for official purposes, including staff transportation, client visits, and other business-related activities.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees, clients, and materials as assigned.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall upkeep of company vehicles, including regular washing and cleaning of the office van and company car.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair requirements promptly.
- Maintain records related to vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.
- Assist in general office administration and day-to-day office support activities.
- Handle office errands such as document collection, courier dispatch, bank visits, and purchase of office supplies.




- Assist in organizing office files, records, and documents.
- Support office staff with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Ensure the office premises are maintained in an orderly and presentable condition.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a driver and office assistant will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
