- Plan and manage daily and weekly modular kitchen production schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, procurement, vendors, factory workers, and installation teams.
- Verify drawings, measurements, materials, hardware, and production requirements before manufacturing.
- Track each project from design approval → material procurement → production → quality check → dispatch → installation.
- Ensure production is completed on time and according to approved designs and specifications.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to avoid production delays.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve manufacturing defects or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure correct installation and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain production records, project status reports, and delivery schedules.
- Control material wastage and help optimize production costs.
- Manage and allocate manpower according to project priorities.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance of machinery and tools.
