Job Description – Loading & Unloading Coordinator (Mundra Port)

Location: Mundra Port

Responsibilities:

- The employee will be responsible for handling loading and unloading activities at Mundra Port.
- Whenever a container or shipment arrives, the employee must be present at the loading/unloading point to supervise the process.
- The employee should have knowledge of physical counting of materials and ensure that the quantity matches the dispatch documents.
- He must know how to check and verify warehouse materials before dispatch.
- The employee will be responsible for planning and coordinating dispatch of materials from the warehouse.
- Usually, shipments arrive during morning to evening, but sometimes shipments may arrive late in the evening, and the employee must be available to manage the loading process.




- The employee should be capable of arranging labor for loading and unloading work whenever required.
- He must ensure proper coordination with warehouse staff, transporters, and port authorities for smooth shipment handling.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and dispatch processes
- Ability to perform physical material verification
- Experience in handling loading/unloading operations
- Capability to arrange labor and supervise work efficiently
- Basic documentation and coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
