Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Freight Broker for US logistics process to manage and coordinate the movement of goods for our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a link between shippers and carriers, ensuring timely, cost-effective and efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with shippers to understand freight requirements
- Source and negotiate with carriers for competitive pricing
- Coordinate and book loads for timely pickup and delivery
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Handle documentation, billing, and compliance processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
- Resolve any transportation issues or delays efficiently

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (any field) or relevant experience




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
- Basic knowledge of logistics/supply chain (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and communication tools
- Comfortable with night shifts

Preferred Skills:

- Sales or customer service background
- Ability to handle US shift timings
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Training for freshers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
