We are hiring Business Head

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and manage overall business operations across our existing 9 branches, with additional branch expansions currently underway. The role requires strong expertise in business development, branch operations, subscriber growth, collections management, and team leadership within the finance/chit fund sector.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational growth, strengthening market presence, improving branch performance, and ensuring smooth operational execution across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage business operations across all existing branches and upcoming expansion branches.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
- Meet and handle high-value customer accounts and ensure effective relationship management for the company’s products.
- Drive subscriber acquisition, business expansion, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Monitor branch-wise performance, collections, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
- Support new branch setup,



business launch activities, and market development strategies.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Branch Managers and Business Development teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and chit fund operational procedures.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance review meetings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen customer relationship management and handle escalated customer concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, Legal, and Recovery departments for smooth business functioning.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy portfolio quality across all branches.
- Prepare MIS reports, business forecasts, and strategic reports for management review.
