Electrician / AC & HVAC Technician

Location: ITC Panchkula, AAL Biosciences Barwala, and Sector 14 Offices

Shift: Night Shift (Preferably) to undertake repairs while the load is less.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Refrigeration, AC or HVAC

Preferred Experience: 5 ~ 7 years in AC servicing, AC repair, electrical and basic HVAC maintenance

Job Purpose

We are looking to hire a trained Electrician / AC Technician to handle regular AC servicing, AC repair, electrical maintenance and basic HVAC-related work across our facilities. Due to the scale of work and high recurring payments to external vendors, the company plans to hire an internal resource for night shift maintenance and breakdown support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend AC complaints, cooling issues, water leakage, gas leakage, wiring faults and minor breakdowns.

2. Carry out routine AC servicing, filter cleaning, preventive maintenance and basic HVAC checks.

3. Handle basic electrical work including lights, switches, sockets, wiring, MCBs, panels and power points.

4.



Take care of night shift breakdowns and ensure minimum disruption to lab and office operations.

5. Visit and support ITC Panchkula, AAL Biosciences Barwala (2 Units) and Sector 14 offices as required.

6. Coordinate with external vendors only for major repairs or specialised jobs.

7. Maintain simple service records for complaints attended, repairs done and pending work.

8. Follow safety practices while working on electrical and AC systems.

Required Skills

1. Practical knowledge of split ACs, window AC, cassette ACs and basic HVAC systems.

2. Ability to identify and repair common AC and electrical faults.

3. Willingness to work in night shifts.

4. Basic understanding of electrical safety.

5. Honest, reliable and hands-on working attitude.

Preferred Candidate

A basic-level technician with ITI or Diploma qualification who has hands-on experience in AC servicing, AC repair, electrical maintenance and night shift breakdown support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
