Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers and staff.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at site.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Certification in Safety (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
