- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project phases.
- Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools relevant to custom solution delivery.
