Architect – Client Services & Project Coordination

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

* Manage client and franchise communication from order to project completion.

* Prepare quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.

* Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Installation teams.

* Plan site measurements, installations, and project schedules.

* Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time project delivery.

* Coordinate and manage the Client Services team to ensure smooth project execution.

* Maintain high levels of client and franchise satisfaction.

Requirements

* B.Arch preferred.

* 3–6 years of experience in architecture, interiors, or project coordination.

* Experience in quotations, project coordination, and team management.

* Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is mandatory.
