Job Description: Assistant Security Officer (ASO) AND Security Guard

Job Summary

The Assistant Security Officer ensures a protected, secure, and patient-friendly environment within the hospital premises. The role involves supervising security staff, monitoring access control, and ensuring compliance with hospital safety and privacy protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and deploy security guards across hospital premises
- Ensure smooth patient and visitor movement, especially in OPD, wards, and emergency areas
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities
- Enforce access control policies for restricted areas (ICU, labs, OT zones)




- Handle emergency situations (medical emergencies, fire, crowd control)
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
- Coordinate with hospital administration and local authorities if needed
- Ensure patient confidentiality and respectful handling of sensitive situations

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital or institutional security
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
- Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
