Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service by ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout their dining experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Prepare, set, and clear tables while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.




- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams.
- Process guest bills accurately through the POS system.
- Support restaurant opening, closing, and side-duty activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.

Requirements

- High school diploma or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service standards.
- Positive attitude with robust teamwork skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
