We are seeking a versatile, energetic, and dedicated Educator to join our academic team. This role requires a "polymath" approach to teaching, primarily focusing on core subjects across primary and secondary levels, with the specific exclusion of Hindi instruction.

Key Responsibilities

​1. Academic Delivery

- ​Foundation (UKG): Facilitate early literacy, numeracy, and environmental awareness through play-based and activity-based learning.
- ​Primary & Middle School (Grades 1-8): Deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- ​Secondary School (Grades 9-10): Provide specialized instruction in core streams (English, Math, or Science/Social Science) aligned with the board curriculum.
- ​Language Focus: Maintain a high standard of English proficiency in all classroom interactions.

Classroom Management

- ​Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students of varying age groups.
- ​Implement effective classroom discipline and organizational strategies.

​3. Assessment & Documentation

- ​Design and grade worksheets, tests, and internal examinations.
- ​Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral development.
- ​Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide constructive feedback on student performance.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
