Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and process-driven Quality Assurance Executive (IPQA) to monitor and enforce quality at every critical step of cosmetic manufacturing. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of compliance, product consistency, and operational excellence across our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Conduct in-process quality checks across manufacturing, filling, and packaging lines.
✔Perform line clearance, environment monitoring, and ensure hygiene practices before batch processing.
✔Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
✔Verify and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) for accuracy.
✔Monitor critical parameters (e.g., pH, viscosity, weight, texture, appearance) at various stages.
✔Identify and report non-conformances, deviations, and OOS observations promptly.
✔Support execution and tracking of CAPA for quality improvement.
✔Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and R&D; teams to maintain quality continuity.




✔Maintain proper documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:
Education:
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or equivalent

Hard Skills:
✔Sound understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 22716 and relevant cosmetic industry norms
✔Skilled in batch review, deviation handling, and in-process testing
✔Familiarity with cosmetic regulatory frameworks (Ayush, BIS, FDA preferred)

Soft Skills:
✔Robust observation skills and attention to detail
✔Good communication and documentation skills
✔Proactive approach to problem-solving and process compliance
✔Ability to work in cross-functional teams and meet production timelines
✔Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Preferred Experience:
✔2 to 4 years of experience in IPQA or QA roles in cosmetic, skincare, or personal care manufacturing
