We’re looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead a high-performing Product Design team building digital banking experiences used by millions of customers worldwide. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive design strategy, mentor talented designers, and collaborate with global Product, Engineering, and Research teams to create intuitive, scalable, and customer-centric products.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Designers.
- Drive end-to-end design delivery for consumer banking experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Champion design excellence, usability, accessibility, and design system adoption.




- Establish high standards for design quality, collaboration, and execution.
- Participate in roadmap planning, design reviews, and cross-functional leadership discussions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and user-centered design.

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of Product Design experience with 3+ years leading design teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products at scale.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, SaaS, or other enterprise product environments.
- Expertise in Figma, Design Systems, UX strategy, and modern design practices.
- Experience working with Agile product development teams in a global setting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience designing digital banking or financial services products.
- Exposure to AI-powered user experiences and scalable design systems.
- Experience working with distributed global teams.
