About Dreaming Monks
Dreaming Monks is a residential society-focused Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media network operating across Delhi-NCR, with a growing footprint of digital screens installed in premium residential societies (RWAs) in Noida, Greater Noida, and Gurugram. We connect brands with residents through hyperlocal, community-embedded advertising, and we're scaling our screen network and ad-sales operations rapidly this year.
About the Role
Every residential society we install a screen in is surrounded by local businesses — clinics, restaurants, tutoring centers, retail shops — who want in front of that audience. We need someone to sell them in.
Twelve months in, this person will have built a steady base of recurring local advertisers across their assigned territory and be known by name to shopkeepers and small business owners near our screen locations.
What You'll Do
- Sell ad slots to local businesses near Dreaming Monks screen locations (retail, healthcare, education, food & beverage, etc.)
- Conduct in-person visits and cold pitches to local business owners
- Explain simple, affordable ad packages suited to small-business budgets
- Close deals and coordinate with operations for ad content upload and scheduling
- Follow up for renewals and build repeat local advertiser relationships
- Report daily/weekly on visits made, pitches given, and deals closed
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 1-3 years of field sales or local business development experience
- Comfort with high-volume, in-person cold outreach
- Strong spoken Hindi; working English
- Own two-wheeler preferred for territory coverage
Preferred (nice to have):
- Experience selling to small/local businesses (SMB sales)
- Familiarity with the local commercial landscape in Noida/Greater Noida
Compensation
₹35,000/month, based on experience.
