Job Description – Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Sector 58, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201309

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The role is responsible for planning, executing, optimising and analysing paid marketing campaigns to maximise ROAS, customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions and online sales.
- Manage advertising budgets and recommend scaling opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise targeting, creatives, keywords and bidding.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages and audiences.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content and E-commerce teams.
- Implement tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities and support product launches and sales campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in D2C/E-commerce.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and achieving profitable ROAS.
- Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical, Excel and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Certification.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising, SEO, Email Marketing and CRM.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
