Job Title: Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Meta Ads Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will create engaging visual content, edit high-quality videos, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns.

Video Editing

- Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, and advertisements.
- Add transitions, effects, text overlays, music, and motion graphics.
- Optimize video content for social media platforms and advertising campaigns.

Meta Ads Management

- Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy.
- Track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommendations.
- Create designs for social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials
- Perform basic video editing for social media, ads,



and promotional content
- Work on branding and visual identity requirements
- Edit and enhance images, layouts, and typography
- Coordinate with marketing/content teams to understand design needs
- Ensure timely delivery of design and video projects

Required Skills:

- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar software.
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and performance metrics.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year

Education: Graduation (Any stream; Design background preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable)

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills
- Knowledge of social media design and video trends
- Experience creating ad creatives that generate leads and sales.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and retargeting campaigns.
