Position: Field Service Engineer
Industry: Automobile / Commercial Vehicle Service
Job Responsibilities
- Attend vehicle breakdown calls at customer locations.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs at the breakdown spot whenever possible.
- Provide quick and effective service support to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Coordinate with the workshop and spare parts team when additional support is required.
- Maintain proper service reports and customer updates after every visit.
- Ensure professional customer handling and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow safety and company service standards during field operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in automobile/commercial vehicle service and troubleshooting.
- Good technical knowledge in vehicle diagnosis and repair.
- Ability to identify and solve issues independently at customer locations.
- Willingness to travel for breakdown and field service support.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of service reporting and mobile/database systems.
Experience Required
- Minimum 1–3 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
