Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with people.

Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms and social media.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview rounds with department heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with management on hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure timely completion of HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Google Sheets).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
