Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor (Civil) to supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in building construction and be capable of managing site operations, labor, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise labor deployment and maintain daily work progress.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Report daily progress, material requirements, and site issues to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.




- Verify measurements and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in resolving technical and operational issues at the site.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of building construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read civil drawings and understand project specifications.
- Positive leadership and team coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurements and material management.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building construction.
- Experience in supervising civil works at construction sites is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,335.06 per month
