- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Resolve Windows OS and application issues.
- Install and configure MS Office and other software.
- Support users through remote and onsite assistance.
- Configure email accounts and Outlook.
- Perform system upgrades and regular maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic network and internet issues.
- Manage user accounts and password resets.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
- Install antivirus and security updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets.
Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹800.00 per day
