We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships
- Identify potential customers in the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
- Promote and sell STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, ZLD, and other water & wastewater treatment solutions
- Handle client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and negotiations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Manage the sales team and monitor performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales & Business Development
- Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment / Industrial Equipment will be preferred
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Salary: 25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
