Education – ITI/Diploma/BE (Electrical preferable)

Experience – 3 to 4 years in Extrusion/Injection Moulding/Plastic/Rubber Industry

Salary – CTC 2.5 LPA to 3.0 LPA (Depend on skill & interview)

Location – Nighoje, Chakan, Pune

Shift Time – 8 Hours duty in rotational shift

Job Responsibilities –

1. Responsible to carry out Preventive and Predictive maintenance.

2. Should be able to conduct root cause analysis for any Break down of plant equipment’s & take appropriate corrective & preventive actions.

3. Should have knowledge of PLC system repair and maintenance.

4. Familiar and troubleshooting of various type of thermocouple, industrial heaters, PID, Sensors.

5. Should be able to troubleshoot Extruder, pumps, drives

6. Responsible for the compliance of ISO Documentation and Execution.

7. Responsible for the co-ordination with project related Activities.

8. Responsible for Electricity / Water / Air Cost saving

9. Maintains spare parts inventory as per Min-Max stock ,

10. Responsible for 5S Activity from Maint. Area cell.

11. Fulfill the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/half yearly/ yearly records for ISO System.

12.



Maintain the Machine history in hard copy.

13. Help maintain a safe and healthy environment for all employees by adhering to all safety / regulatory procedures and also by reporting and correcting unsafe conditions when observed

14. Take daily Meter Readings For unit consumption & PF Factor and update the Readings sheet in soft copy format.

15. Responsible for Maintaining the RO / DM Plant on daily basis.

16. Co- ordination with external service agencies, PR/PO Processing.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
