Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and assist with statutory compliance.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain fixed asset records and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants as required.




- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP software.
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
